The suffix '-sama' (さま) or '-san' (さん) is usually added to show respect
to the person you are calling. Try not to call someone directly by their name
without this.
Basic greetings:

- こんにちは、東山義久さん - Hello/Good day, 東山義久-san
- こんばんは、東山義久さん - Good evening, 東山義久-san
